REGISTRATIONS

  • The registrations will be processed through the runedia.com website which only allows payment by card.

  • There will be no sign-in points in any store.

  • All the data must be filled in correctly, as they will be taken into account by the organization for all purposes.

  • The registration will be considered formalized only after making the payment.

  • The registrations are limited to 750 participants in total.

  • Start date registration on line: Saturday February 2 at 00:00 h.

  • Deadline for registration on line: Sunday, September 8th or until the backs up

  • Name and race changes are allowed until  August 31 at 23:59.

  • The inscriptions made from November 5 will not have  t-shirt assegurated depending on the existence.

  • Cancellations (duly justified) are allowed with a return of 50% of the money on the same registration card until July 31 at 23:59 p.m.,

  • As of October 1, in no case will the return of the amount of the registration be made.

DELIVERY OF DORSALS

Friday, November 22 will be delivered to the store in:

DAY OF THE COURSE

  • BIP delivery on the same day of the race will be at the sports center of Carrer la Foig from 6 am to 7:30 pm

  • When collecting the number it is mandatory to show your ID or passport.

  • Those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by the parent or guardian at the time of collection of dorsals.

  • For subscriptions with a discount for Federal License, the corresponding license will be requested for the delivery of the number.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The participants will be responsible for the damages caused to other participants as well as to third parties or properties that can be found during the route.

  • The participant states that at the time of participation he does not know any health problem that would contravene his participation in the test.

  • Each participant accepts at the time of registration that he has made the appropriate preparation to face the test.

  • Each participant confirms at the time of registration a medical examination that confirms the good condition of the runner

  • Each participant accepts at the time of registration to be informed of the exigency and hardness of the route

BEHAVIOR

  • Participants will be responsible at all times for their actions

  • Advancements must be done with caution, warning always before making them and making sure that what has to be advanced predicts; This means that we will give ourselves enough space to be advanced or will indicate the side where you want it to happen.

  • Throwing garbage in the route is considered an inappropriate attitude and as such a disqualification. Waste can be left to the containers that are abilities in the supplies. If someone in the organization sees a runner throwing some waste into the ground, he can disqualify it.

MATERIAL

  • GPS with the track properly loaded

  • The participant of any of the BTT (bicycle) races undertakes to use material in optimal state to cope with the test, as well as the appropriate personal protection measures, with the helmet and gloves being a compulsory element to be able to participate in the test . Glasses are also recommended.

  • The participant of any of the three BTT races must be physically fit to face the chosen test (70km , 53km or 30 km), as well as wear the appropriate clothing in case of cold or adverse conditions.

  • Each participant will have to put the number that the organization provides to him, in a visible and frontal position of the bicycle.

  • The mobile phone is advisable to take it in the face of possible emergencies.

  • It is mandatory to wear waterproof clothing on the day of the test, that in case of adverse conditions the organization would have the power to activate as a mandatory material.

WALKED

  • The marking of the route will be with arrows at the crossroads.

  • The track of the race will be provided, both in the EXTREM mode and the OPEN mode.

  • There will be several step controls that will serve to have some partial times, but the participants will have to strictly complete the route, otherwise they will be disqualified.

  • The organization can modify or cut the planned route if circumstances occur that advise it.

  • 3 BTT routes: one longitude of 70 km, where the difficulty level is medium, one medium of 53 km, where the level of difficulty will be half, and one short of 30 km, where the level of difficulty will be half.

  • The routes will be marked by duly signposted paths and with the corresponding supplies.

  • Although there are provided refreshments, the runners must be self-sufficient.

  • The direction of the race has the right to modify / change the course of all races depending on the weather conditions or circumstances of force majeure.

  • The first three of the male and female general will be the trophy

E-BIKE MODALITY

  • The bicycles driven with some mechanism or electric wiring will opt for the following awards.

  • Categories: a single male and female classification for each route

  • The first three of the male and female general will be the trophy

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

  • There will be two cell phone numbers on the number for emergency cases, in case one does not respond, the other will be called; If you do not have coverage you will be asked by another participant in case you have another company, it is important to rule out all the possibilities before calling 112 because nobody better than the organization knows the possibilities of access to certain areas.

  • It is recommended to always carry a small water reservoir and some bar in case of sudden death.

  • Everything that is not considered in this regulation will be decided by the organization according to its criterion.
